Combine chevre, herbs and seasoning in a pint jar.
Add buttermilk and mix to desired consistency.
Chill for 30 minutes, or overnight, to blend flavors.
Dressing keeps, refrigerated, at least five days.
Stir in additional buttermilk if it thickens.
Delicious on salads, chips, avocados, potatoes, tacos, etc.
Add minced chilies to spice.
